Nest Battersea is designed with the latest in Low and Zero carbon technologies, achieving an overall improvement minimum of 70% over baseline.   

This is achieved through centralised ambient loop HVAC Systems, MVHR with low SFP and high rate of heat recovery, waste water heat recovery and roof mounted solar panels. 

The result of these efforts are that residences will have lower electricity bills and smaller carbon footprints. 

We are also seeking to minimise construction and embodied emissions through re-use of demolition waste on site, 100% recycled rebar, window frames with high recycled aluminium and a minimum of 20% recycled content of construction materials overall.
